We aim to process your order within 1-2 working days, and all of our parcels go out on next day delivery via DPD. If your order contains items that will need making to order (larger than standard sizes) this can add a couple of days onto your delivery time. Please note, these timeframes may increase during peak times.
Once we have processed and sent out your order you should receive a text or email from DPD with information about your delivery, you can track your parcel via this link.

As you will know, not all aromatherapy products are created equally. We pride ourselves on the premium quality of our ingredients, and we only accept 100% pure & natural. All Absolute Aromas products are tested and retested at our in-house Lab by our qualified Chemist, to ensure consistent quality across our entire product collection at all times.
Each product will display an expiry date on the packaging, this will either be stated on the box just above the barcode, or as a open jar icon on the product, this will state how long the product will keep for once opened. To ensure the shelf life of our essential oils, we recommend storing them in a dark and dry environment to keep them at their best.

Essential oils are true plant concentrates and are active ingredients which are able to penetrate the skin. Therefore as a precaution we would advise you seek medical/professional advice before using essential oils whilst pregnant.
Absolute Aromas do not use products of animal origin, our products are therefore suitable for Vegans. The only product which may not be suitable is our Beeswax, which is a bee-bi product.
