How can I make a return?

If for any reason your would like to return a product, please contact us via email ([email protected]) or phone our customer care team (+44(0)1420540400), and we will be able to advise you on returning your item for a refund or replacement.

When will I receive my order?

We aim to process your order within 1-2 working days, and all of our parcels go out on next day delivery via DPD. If your order contains items that will need making to order (larger than standard sizes) this can add a couple of days onto your delivery time. Please note, these timeframes may increase during peak times.

Can I track my Order?

Once we have processed and sent out your order you should receive a text or email from DPD with information about your delivery, you can track your parcel via this link.

How much does delivery cost? How do I receive free delivery?

For all UK mainland Retail customers we offer FREE Postage and Packaging on orders over £18. All orders below £18 will be charged at £6.60 for delivery. *All retail prices are quoted including vat*

Trade and Therapist account holders receive FREE Postage and Packaging on all orders over £100.00 (excluding VAT). All orders below will be charged £5.50 (excluding VAT) for delivery.

How do I apply for a Therapist/Trade account?

If you would like to apply for a Therapist or Trade account please complete the application form on our sign up page by clicking here.

Once we have received your completed form we will be able to set up your account with the Therapist/Trade discount.

I forgot my password?

You can reset your password by going to ‘My Account’, and click ‘forgot your username or password?’, simply enter your email address and click ‘submit’ and an email with your personal link will be sent to your email address, here you can follow the link to reset your password.

Do you ship outside of the UK?

We ship worldwide to over 220 countries via FedEx & UPS, if you would like to place an order outside of the UK please contact us to arrange shipping and to calculate a shipping fee, as this can differ depending on your location and the size of your order.

Are your Oils 100% pure & natural, how do you know?

As you will know, not all aromatherapy products are created equally. We pride ourselves on the premium quality of our ingredients, and we only accept 100% pure & natural. All Absolute Aromas products are tested and retested at our in-house Lab by our qualified Chemist, to ensure consistent quality across our entire product collection at all times.

How do I know the shelf life of my product?

Each product will display an expiry date on the packaging, this will either be stated on the box just above the barcode, or as a open jar icon on the product, this will state how long the product will keep for once opened. To ensure the shelf life of our essential oils, we recommend storing them in a dark and dry environment to keep them at their best.

How do I receive the Free Gift?

To receive our free gift online simply spend £30 or more Ex.VAT, the option to add the free gift to your basket will then appear at the checkout.

Are your products safe to use while pregnant?

Essential oils are true plant concentrates and are active ingredients which are able to penetrate the skin. Therefore as a precaution we would advise you seek medical/professional advice before using essential oils whilst pregnant.

Are your products suitable for vegans?

Absolute Aromas do not use products of animal origin, our products are therefore suitable for Vegans. The only product which may not be suitable is our Beeswax, which is a bee-bi product.

Are your products tested on animals?

We confirm that Absolute Aromas Ltd have not tested any of their product range on animals; neither do Absolute Aromas Ltd commission any testing on animals on their behalf, we believe it to be wholly unnecessary and inappropriate.
